I consider myself the Dolly Parton of therapy: All humans are welcome in my practice, being clear is kind, and just like everyone else, I’ve needed help getting from 9 to 5 a time or two.

It is important that the therapeutic process be personalized to you and address experiences or distortions that can leave your cup of ambition dry–analogies aside, I do therapy and coaching that is transparent and solution-focused.

We’ll work on creating long-lasting changes for you that go beyond our 50-minutes together. This space isn’t one where you’ll vent and then leave or just see me staring back at you.

I have a masters degree in clinical counseling from Xavier University and over eight years experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship concerns. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and specialist in women’s health issues (yes–that includes abortion and gender affirmation care).

My other passions include nature hikes with my dog, diving deeper into my own discovery through flotation therapy, perfecting the açai bowl, and discovering new music–therapists are humans too, if you see me at a music festival know that dancing is therapy!
